Digital IRATA Logbook
Captures the fields IRATA’s logbook asks for, digitally. 14-day period enforcement, technique checkboxes, countersigning by your supervising Level 3 via email link for FIFO rotations, and a running total toward the 1,000 hours (plus a year at your level) required before an upgrade assessment. It feeds your official IRATA logbook. It doesn’t replace it.
SWMS Builder
Build a WHS-aligned SWMS from a template, then move it through Draft → Under Review → Approved → Distributed → Signed — the author can’t approve their own. On Operator, describe the job in plain English and have RopeLogix draft it, with an IRATA-specific hazard library pre-loaded.
Equipment Register
Serial number, manufacturer, model and category on every item. Pre-use, periodic and interim inspection history with photos, plus automatic reminders ahead of the 6-month IRATA detailed inspection. Allocate gear to jobs for a full chain of custody.
Credential Tracker
IRATA certs, First Aid, White Cards, site inductions — each holder gets an email reminder 90 and 30 days before expiry. Expiring credentials also show against the job and, on Operator, in the team credential dashboard, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
Pre-starts, Rescue Plans & Toolbox Talks
Site-specific pre-start checklists with GPS timestamp. A daily site rescue plan confirmed by the senior technician before work begins. Each crew member signs from their own device with a sign-off PIN — or the supervisor records a proxy sign-off — for a full attendance record.
Subcontractor Portal
Send an invite link. Subcontractors upload their SWMS, certs, and insurance through a self-service portal. You see a traffic-light dashboard — green, amber, red — in real time. Zero manual chasing.

Most tools charge for every login. We bill for active technicians: anyone in a technician or supervisor role who was assigned to a job or logged hours in the billing period. Anyone who didn't go out doesn't count, and up to three office seats are free.

Man-down detection is an assistive, beta feature — it supports your rescue plan, it does not replace it. Mayday runs in the RopeLogix iPhone and Android apps, which are in closed beta. Alerts go out as push notifications; SMS and phone-call escalation is built but not switched on yet.

Get work without a résumé.
Between crews? Publish an availability card. Your level shows with its basis — verified certificate or self-declared — and your hours come straight off your logbook in bands, with supervisor-countersigned hours labelled separately. Companies see an anonymous card; your name and contact details are only revealed once you have applied and been shortlisted.
Your card is never visible while you are on a crew, and your past employers cannot see it unless you choose to let them.
Hire from proof, not promises.
Post a technician vacancy with the scheme, level, region and dates you need. Every applicant arrives as a card built from their logbook: level and its basis, banded hours, verified job count, and how many supervisors have countersigned. Level and currency are hard filters, so the wrong level never lands in your list.
Shortlist, release contact, engage — exact hours and details appear only after you release contact.
Post a crew need. Contract a crew.
Need four techs for six days? Post a crew need and let another company apply as a company. Have capacity of your own? Opt your crew into the supply board, shown in bands, never as named people. Engagements are recorded against the job: which company, how many, from when.
Browsing and applying both take a RopeLogix account — listings are for members and customers, and applying takes your consent.
